Good points: Close proximity (for me). Big surgery with many doctors. Can get same day appointment provided you can go in very early in person. Good parking facilities (sometimes iffy and crowded).
Not so good points: Poor attitude by receptionists; often hostile, unwelcoming and abrasive. Lack of a visible complaints process.
Waiting area could be spruced up and made more welcoming. Poor patient engagement/feedback mechanism. Parking can sometimes be a problem (but I suppose that can't really be helped).
Overall, I rate it as just above average surgery with plenty of room for improvement.

We should be delighted to discuss your comments at our next Patient Participation Group meeting once the Covid-19 pandemic allows. Patient feedback is vital and provides us with the opportunity to improve.
In terms of complaints, as you are unable to currently access the notice board in the reception area, which displays the complaints procedure, you will also find this on our website and of course you can always contact me, Jan Brown, Customer Service and Reception Manger to discuss any concerns.
