I had a car accident 8 1/2 weeks ago and was taken to SMH A&E where I received reasonable care. However, since discharge I have been totally unable to get an appointment with ANY of the doctors at either Fairford Leys or Whitehill Surgeries.
I have been in a lot of pain in my left leg (which was trapped by the steering column) and have had to resort to paying for acupuncture to try and relieve some of this pain.
I currently have a letter of complaint with the surgery whose anonymous 'claims team' tell me will take up to 28 days to reply to!!
