My son has asthma, and woke up with a chest infection this morn, he managed to go to work, but felt ill through the morning, I phoned the practice at 11.30, was advised to phone back in an hour, I did and got through to receptionist, Jayne, who was extremely helpful and managed to get my son an appointment at 4.30, I want to say thankyou to Jayne, for her efficient, professional, attitude, he needed to be seen the same day and he was. Thankyou
