Some of the so called receptionists have an serious attitude problem. My husband was a couple of minutes late for appt, then had to wait in queue to be checked in by a receptionist so this made him even more late, by the time he got to the front of the queue that he had had no choice to wait in. The receptionist who saw him took a shitty attitude with him and told him the doctor may not see him, he'd have to wait and see - not even his fault he'd been made 10 mins late having to wait in a queue. The doctor then took also an attitude with him, despite my husband apologising, with the doctor stating 'everyone thinks their issue is urgent', well I'm sorry you feel your patients are causing you such an inconvenience!! Some of the receptionists and doctors at this surgery need to get an attitude check and remember they are there to serve the public some of who are very worried and concerned about things that are happening with their health, they are not God and therefore should not act as if they are. They need to show a tad more compassion.
