I rang to confirm an appointment for my son who has had mental health breakdown and twice the receptionist hung up and third time I rang spoke to Elizabeth who wouldn’t tell me the name of the person and continuously would twist everything I said to suit what she wanted to tell me. My son has/ had an appointment with a named doctor but he doesn’t remember and was too anxious to speak on the phone. So it means he has been refused treatment just because he couldn’t come to the phone to ask this himself.
