I visit the surgery to have an INR blood test at regular appointments with Sue Outteridge HCA and have always found Sue to be caring and helpful and puts you at ease making the visit easy and not a dread.

I visited the Surgery today for a Cervical Smear Test with Nurse Dee Young. Even at the age of 47 I still manage to get myself worked up over it. Dee was very kind and patient and did her best to put me at ease. The procedure was carried out professionally with no discomfort. Dee also put a note on my file as to what she had used so that any future visits would go as smoothly as possible. Thank you Dee for getting me through it!

My last visit to the surgery was for my INR blood test by Sue Outteridge HCA . She is extremely helpful, puts you at ease, but professional. My biggest complaint is the fact that the computerised appointment screen has been down for some time. This puts a lot of pressure on reception and long queues!

I was given a note by Sue Outridge today, asking me if I was satisfied with the care I received today. (Sue takes my INR reading periodicaly.) She is extremely thorough and very caring I have been with the Wey Family practice now for over 40 years, and have never has cause for complaint. All the Doctors are very kind, explain things clearly . With regard to the difficulty making appointment, yes I do have wait maybe a week or two if I want to see a specific Doctor, which is not ideal, but if I am very worried, your receptionist has always managed to get a same day appointment with another doctor. My grateful thanks to you all. Mrs P T Swann
