I find the reception staff friendly,helpful and professional. As a new patient I was amazed to be offered appointments so quickly in contrast to waiting three weeks at the practice I previously attended.I think the appointment reminders by text are a great idea and the flu jab information.
My doctor is reassuring , knowledgeable and makes me at ease whilst being extremely professional.I therefore would be able to discuss any ailment that might be worrying me. I was given preventative medication for my eye allergy,this aspect of my problem had never been addressed before.
I think it is important that doctors appear to be interested in the humanities and not just the science of their profession.My experience at the surgery is that you have a perfect balance of the two.
