l find the surgery is well organised & reception staff are helpful in arranging appointments & will try to fit you in asap. It is good to be able to have blood tests at surgery instead of going to QEQM & the same applies to physio. I feel we are well catered for & kept up to date with news regarding the surgery, (ie flu jabs).
