I find most of the doctors at this surgery are unfriendly, unapproachable and uncaring.
I do not receive the care I experienced at my previous surgery.
It seems to be run more for the benefit of the staff than the patients.
I have been refused access to my doctor of choice.
I have noticed a slight improvement since I first joined.
