The receptionist was very rufe and abrupt, she did not want to know or try to help me with the prescription that I came to fill in and told I'm not registered there. They don't have that name so I tried to explain that I came last week to fill in the prescription there and put it in the black box, she just sounded like someone who was too busy. How I wish I could remove the young person I called but when I called again I spoke to such a humble lady who was willing to listen to my frustration and booked me to see someone on a convenient day.

The surgery receptionist to have on their desk written down the dentist number, and employ empathetic people that can listen to someone calling and not brush them off or be abrupt or rude. Being polite goes a long way, customer service is very important

This centre used to be OK but in the last 10 years it has gone down the hitter. Takes so long to get through then one of the obtuse ladies on reception will not give a flying fig what your problem is. They want you off the phone asap. All I requested on a Monday was a call-back from the doctor because I knew a face to face appointment would probably take this centre weeks to arrange. It is now Wednesday afternoon and I have not received a call. So I rang again to be told the doctor wasn't even in until next Tuesday and that all I could do was ring the centre at 8.00am tomorrow to request again. This call I need is to urgently discuss issues with my mental health medication, for which any more delay will cause me problems. I absolutely detest this centre and all the women that on reception. I don't know how they sleep at night.

Provide voluntary redundancy for all the women on reception and get in some fresh blood.
