Admin is particularly poor - they often fail to respond to e-mail queries, can't find documentation and fail to address complaints. The Drs themselves are not particularly tech savvy and are not dynamic / keeping up with the latest techniques. They tend to push back on requests that are more demanding but often acquiesce if you insist on what you want. The Doctors are however friendly.
