Great practice, doctors cannot fault. PAs have been great too, supported by doctors and able to seek specialist advice like teledermatology. We have been kept updated of major developments. EConsult has also been another great avenue for simple straightforward requests. Fantastic work throughout pandemic with also offering vaccines onsite.

I'd say it's easy to get an appointment if you need is great but otherwise it has usually been a two week wait, which is fine where it isn't something that's urgent.

I have requested a call back by a doctor three time in the last two months. I was telephoned at the time I was told to expect a call and on each occasion I was listened to carefully and not hurried in the least the resulting help I got included prescriptions being left for me at my local pharmacy and the offer of a further phone call from the doctor some days later.

During this terrible pandemic crisis the doctors at West Hampstead Medical center done a great job for my healthy. I have received medical attention and care, specially send thanks to Dr Coton.
