One of the receptionists is incredibly unhelpful and rude. I dread her picking up the phone. The GPS are great, the nurses are brilliant, and all the other reception staff are excellent.

Honestly, I’d be surprised if that receptionist doesn’t have a lot of complaints made against her, but nothing seems to change in her attitude
