Receptionists totally unhelpful. All I needed was to pick up my prescription but I was made to wait 13 minutes outside with back spasms as the two receptionists chatted away inside. It took 10 seconds to hand over my prescription and when I complained about this treatment they more or less just shrugged my discomfort off. Normally such a good practice but let down badly on this occasion. No information given either, that they close the doors between 1pm and 2pm. Either way to deliberately make someone in pain wait when it was unnecessary was poor to say the least.
