The Standard of care at the Clinic has become very bad, it is very difficult to book appointments when needed urgently. The reception staff are rude and very unhelpful they need to learn people management skills. Wrong or no advice given by them when booking appointments. Takes forever in the mornings to get through by telephone and when you do eventually get through all appointments are gone.
