You can ring and when lucky enough to get an appointment turn up and find that it is not the doctor you are seeing but the practice nurse. No disrespect to them as they work hard to qualify, but with complex needs it's a doctor I want and expect to see.
When ordering prescriptions a lot of the time items are missing.
Quality has definitely deteriorated since Dr Taneja left.
