The Well Court surgery and its team of doctors offer an excellent standard of care. It is something of a traditional family surgery. Dr (Mr) Kanthan and his partner Dr (Mrs) Kanthan provide a wealth of knowledge and experience. The arrival of Dr Kanthan the younger has ensured continuity of service. I have received care most frequently from Dr Kanthan the elder. I have been impressed by his ability to diagnose my problem, define a course of action, and arrange supplementary appointments at other NHS agencies. I have always found him very considerate and respectful. And I have been struck, in particular, by his pro-active efforts to advise on courses of preventative action even before I was aware of such need. I trust him always to do the best for me. And I trust that his best is as good as I could find anywhere else. The surgery as a whole seems to run very smoothly. I have never found it difficult to arrange an appointment, and have been seen very quickly indeed on the rare occasions I have been in need of rapid assistance. In short, I really could not ask for a better surgery.

In Whyteleafe, my previous surgery, the doctor patient relationship and knowledge was good.Here it is excellent, and each doctor appears pleased to see me! I have often found receptionists over protective of the doctors time, but here the balance is just right.For perfection it would be good to have a doctor available every full day, but a bonus for me is the ease of being able to discuss issues occasionally over the phone with the doctor in the afternoons.Well Court may well be the best surgery in the area from the feedback I've had about other surgeries. Thank you.

My mother has a several chronic conditions, which have been managed by Dr and Dr (Mrs) Kanthan and more recently by Dr Kathirgama. The doctors are always sympathetic, caring and treat my mother with diginity and respect. The doctors are always easily contactable and helpful. The staff at the surgery are polite and helpful and know us well. I feel we have a really good doctor/patient relationship.
