Whilst on this occasion it was easy to get an appointment. Previously it has been very difficult although this was some time ago as I rarely need to see a doctor.
However, the doctor lacked empathy and did not offer any informed advice. I felt patronised and humiliated.

This practice is perfect. As it's small the staff become like your friends. The reception staff are rushed off their feet but always helpful, polite & friendly.
The Doctors always take time to listen to you.
The surgery is always clean and tidy
