Always feel looked after.
However sometimes very difficult to get an appointment (although today was very easy).

Dr Wiliamson alway listens and explains very well.

Dr Williamson is lovely.
However having to explain a sensitive situation to a receptionist in order to get an apt with him is unacceptable.
Constantly have to fight to get an apt - that is if they even answer the phone when you already feel ill/distressed you should not have to do this.
