Dr Williamson is brilliant - he really listens and spends the time explaining your condition to you and reassuring you. The reception staff are very varied - some are really friendly, caring and helpful, but there are a couple who are frosty and unhelpful - they sit in the back room chatting and ignore you at the reception desk until they've finished their conversation - when they do finally come out they are generally unfriendly and unhelpful. The appointment system is truly terrible - there are generally no pre-bookable appointments available (even if the Doctor has specifically asked for you to come back and see him on a certain day) so you end up having to ring on the day - unless you manage to call exactly at 8am you have no chance of getting seen.

All G.Ps and staff very approachable and helpful. G.P's take time to explain everything to you to alloy fears.

Very efficient service, but could do with more appointments being made available to those of us who work and can't get between 9-5pm otherwise really good service.

Helpful reception staff. Excellent advice and help from the female doctor, who asked me to return for a blood test.
