The older lady receptionist (wears spectacles) is delightful. I think the two who were on duty at approx 3.50 on Friday 12 December need more customer service training. It was a good 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. It was the older lady who actually came over and asked if she could help. One of the other receptionists took what appeared to me to be 2 personal telephone calls before finally asking if I needed help. By then someone else had been to answer my query and returned later.(that someone else was extremely helpful and solved my problem) It would be useful if the receptionists wore name badges.
