The older lady receptionist (wears spectacles) is delightful. I think the two who were on duty at approx 3.50 on Friday 12 December need more customer service training. It was a good 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. It was the older lady who actually came over and asked if she could help. One of the other receptionists took what appeared to me to be 2 personal telephone calls before finally asking if I needed help. By then someone else had been to answer my query and returned later.(that someone else was extremely helpful and solved my problem) It would be useful if the receptionists wore name badges.

I phoned this surgery yesterday morning at 9am. I had a sore throat & as a singer having several solos this time of year, needed to see a doctor quickly. I was seen at 11am same day & a course of treatment was prescribed. I cannot speak highly enough regarding this practice. The reception staff are very friendly, but professional in all their dealings. I do not feel like a number waiting to be seen. Dr. Offside is very professional in all his dealings, but never makes you feel you are wasting his time. He has a friendly manner & a visit is always good, & I come away feeling better, even if I am feeling dreadful!!!! I have never been made to feel I am wasting his time. Long may this practice continue. Please do not become as some other practices, where on entering, pick up a number & then see whoever next becomes available. I have several friends who are very envious of this surgery. It is also great to have a pharmacy on the premises
