Absolutely disgraceful customer service from the receptionist who answered the phone so I could sign onto the surgery and book an appointment. Wouldn’t let me explain why I needed someone to pick up forms for me and even wouldn’t listen when I said I had dates I was available for an appointment. Will not be even looking to go to this surgery now.
