I have been with this surgery for 10 years, Dr. Copp saved my life, she insisted I go to hospital for a breast check, Lucky I did I had a rare breast cancer and we caught it in the early stages. I find Dr. Bowen lovely , and Dr. Zalinski is my rock. He is brilliant. They don't tell you , you have to do this . They ask you and give there advice. The girls on reception I find extremely helpful. I always get an appointment on the same day. You do have to start calling at 8.30 am and some times it takes 10 min to get through but I have never had them tell me I couldn't have an appointment. The nurse's that are there are very friendly , and helpful . I never feel odd asking a question. They were there for the passing of my Mother In Law, I can not fault this surgery . Oh yea the only down side is I am partially deaf so I can't hear my name being spoken when the Doctor calls you , It would be great if they had it on the wall in lights saying when it was your turn, But small price to pay for good service .
