Rude staff behind the desk need education on how to answer a phone the doctors ave no time for you what so ever they are a disscusting specimens for g.p and doctor copp should be ashamed of her self for dismissing a mentaly ill person like a second class citizen shame on her u need to be more compassionate and ave more empathy with metaly ill people you are a disscussting doctor..
