f I could I would leave 0 Stars. if your thinking of joining this surgery DONT! I've been trying to book an appointment for my grandad for over a week. he tried and tried himself but no-one answered the phone and the door to the surgery is locked. last week I filled in a triage form online for him, waited a full week and no call back, I've tried ringing them myself today was on music hold for 30mins and 36 seconds before I got cut off, filled in another triage form we'll have to wait and see if they respond to this one. I'm with E7 health centre in the lord lister clinic on Woodgrange Rd, they answer the phone even help you filling out the triage form and you get a call back in 2 days. I will definitely be changing my grandad to them

Suggested improvements
please get someone to answer the phone not everyone is able to use a smart phone and book an online appointment. don't forget you have so many elderly patients
