The worst about this GP is reception. Sometimes even rude, not helpful. Very common - cancelling appointment without telling you or rescheduling. So I found myself many many times in situation when I am in the practise with my child and appointment has been cancelled awhile ago. Surprisingly! Nobody will ever apologise for the inconvenience. The do not have any respect for you. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.
If you need a phone call from GP regarding your condition or results, reception staff would not even bother to pass this information.
The service is much more better elsewhere.
