I like the system used at the surgery where they have the drop in every morning so if you get there early enough you are guaranteed to be seen by a nurse and if need be by the doctor as well.

I have been a patient here for 25 years and I have found all the staff very helpful from the admin staff on reception, nurses and doctors. They have always listened and taken on board any concerns I have about my own health needs and I have always been treated with dignity by nurses and doctors alike. The staff are doing an amazing job especially with the number of paitents they have to deal with every day.

I think that they system of seeing the nurse first is an excellent idea. I felt that I was really given time to be listened to and not rushed. This meant that by the time she referred me on to see the doctor I was much calmer.

I have been using this surgery since 1995 and have always found the staff from reception to nurses and doctors very helpful. Even though it means a cycle or bus trip to campus now it is certainly worth that effort. Now as my age advances and more problems arise in my heath the care has increased.

I have been visiting the health centre quite frequently due to an ongoing problem, and the service has been really helpful. I really like that they work mostly by the drop in centre which is run every weekday morning, so allows you to be seen straight away, and never has too long a waiting time. As I have been coming frequently it has been really helpful that they have let me see the same nurse each time, Jo, who has been really helpful throughout and always gives a good amount of time to discuss the problem and options. The appointments have been really thorough and efficient, not just in helping immediate problems but also ensuring all the relevant tests are carried out afterwards.
