I have been using this Surgery for ever !. I do not do not need to think if there is any thought of faults , as I have experienced none.- and I have a real experience of my health problems- as my Doctor says- there is a lot going on in me. I can only but say that attention to my problem at any one time is by any one member of the staff from Receptionist to Doctor including Practice Nurse and Phlebotomist is helpful, caring, and knowledgably carried out.

I find it very stressful and irritating that everytime I call to book an appointment I am immediately given an appointment with a nurse, despite me asking for a doctor's appointment directly. I have waited weeks for an appointment when I eventually go to it I am seen by a nurse who writes a few notes on the computer and tells me to wait for an appointment to see the doctor. I feel this is really inefficient and causes a lot of waiting time, especially when I could be in and out sometimes. This isn't the first time this has happened and it is frustrating when all you need is some advice and you are to wait something up to two hours despite booking weeks in advance. Receptionists, I find, are often more interested in talking to eachother than people coming in. Sometimes I am stood at the desk unnoticed by them while they continue their conversations. They are often unhelpful and can be rude. The doctor's and nurses themselves are lovely and very helpful - I just feel the practice could be conducted more efficiently.
