Sometimes it is hard to get an appointment, but as is the case with all NHS run surgeries. However, the team at the surgery are kind, welcoming and always helpful!

Although my questions were answered, the doctor rush me through the whole appointment and when asked for help regarding a condition of mine, she rushed me through even more adivising me to go to a specialist doctor, when actually I wanted to get a second opinion from her as I've already been to the specialist doctor. I too had an appointment but still kept me waiting for 15 minutes, and, as I said, I was rushed through. They recommended antibiotics as my solution but I left with the feeling that that was the easy solution rather than spending more time asking me questions or investigating any further.

I came to the surgery for two problems I was having. Unfortunately only one problem could be attended to because of the very narrow time limit. It would be great if I could have been helped with both my problems in just 1 visit. Luckily the nurse I saw was very helpful, and she reserved another slot for me later that day.
