Lovely Nurses and Doctors, never pushed to make decisions and have even been called the day after a blood test to let me know results. It is very busy during term time and you'd be waiting a while for a walk-in appointment during term time but they have always been really helpful and great listeners. Had a copper coil put in today and 10/10 recommend.

Attended a consultation about an upcoming trip to China and was given excellent information and guidance concerning the vaccinations I may require before I fly. I was given some of the vaccinations on the same day and also given advice on the others I could possibly need.

I have a long term experience with this clinic. I general, everything is fine with the clinic and the staff. The staff are very friendly and caring. The only problem that I can mention is to get appointment. In the case of drop-off. I have sometimes been waiting for about 3 hours which is frustrating. I am wondering if the surgery can add more staff during the term. This would make the staff to spend more quality times with the patients as well.

The Health Centre at the University of Sussex are very responsive to patients. They have a very courteous team -Admin, receptionists, nurses, phlebotomist and doctors.
