Best to try for appointments outside term-time, even when invited to do so by the Health Centre itself.

Jo made me feel so comfortable during my visit, she was lovely and supportive throughout my whole appointment. She made a painful situation very bearable and I felt so looked after, couldn’t praise the service enough. I’ve been coming to this practice for a while now and would never change.

Its easer to get an appointment but the waiting period is too long to meet the Gp

It is very difficult and unfair for someone to be on waiting list for an appointment when they are sick. It just doesn’t make sense and sometimes the illness doesn’t warrant 911 but just needs the GP

Staff are always helpful and friendly. The nurses are always up to date with any current medical issues and provide excellent care to patients. I am very confident in the staff looking after me at the surgery.
