The nurse I saw was excellent. I wanted to speak about a number of issues. She gave me time to do so, and gave me really clear information. This health centre really does offer an unusually high level of service.
Suggested improvements
Something went wrong with the econsult service I had to book the appointment through, and the surgery’s reply didn’t initially reach me (I had to follow up after a couple of days).
