The staff are the best best staff I've come across in years, many doctor surgeries I have been to have been lacking in knowledge etc. Although, one thing I would like to suggest is handling the wait times during the drop in sessions in the morning. I believe the drop ins are a great idea, however, it has been noted that you can be waiting up to an hour and a half. I have also seen people who have come to the drop in service been seen way before I have. So this is maybe something to take a look at.
