Triage system worked well and relatively quick to go through sequence of telephone appointment and face to face with nurse followed by physio and seeing doctor. All professional. However, would have been more reassured early on if I had realised that the physio appointment was to be diagnostic rather than to recommend exercises.

Better if an extra dedicated ordinary parking space for patients ( used to be 3, now 2)
