I have absolutely no qualms about the service provided by the doctors and nurses at this surgery - I regularly visit this surgery for an ongoing prescription and the health staff are professional, understanding and take the time to talk you through any questions or concerns you may have. The receptionists, however, I have found to be rude, unhelpful and seemingly unwilling to offer anything other than the very basics of service. In my experience it is difficult to book an appointment within 2 weeks of calling the surgery, meaning that I often sit and wait for a drop-in appointment to get seen on a day that is convenient for me. Overall, great doctors, terrible receptionists!
