The nurses are awesome - in the 7 years I have been using the surgery I have only seen a doctor once. Huge fan of nurse-led practices as most day-to-day issues are easily dealt with by a nurse, and all of the nurses are beyond lovely.
Reception staff are a bit hit-or-miss - having to fill out a change of address form when the practice is totally empty and both receptionists are chatting rather than just doing it there and then is a bit silly - it seems that the receptionists would literally rather be doing anything else than helping patients.... However, online booking / automated check in / online change of address forms means you pretty much never have to deal with them.
