The receiptionists are first class: helpful and understanding. The nurses have always provided very good medical advice and initial care. They are also very professional which inspires confidence when discussing medical concerns.
I have had two GPs - Dr Watson and now Dr Boyd. I am very grateful to both. They have ensured that I get the right treatment and medication. The same attitude applied when I have seen the other Doctors in the practice
Overall the practice has a culture of excellence which has been developed over many years and continues to develop
