I'd like to see the surgery use Ask My GP whereby you have time to put over to the GP which way you're feeling instead of feeling pressured to get it all out in 10 minutes, and sometimes you just don't want to talk, but are able to put it down in text without feeling embarrassed. Sometimes you just want to make an appointment to see someone and not fear that the GP is going to ring you back when you're in work, or in a shop, or on a bus

Suggested improvements
Make the surgery more accessible to patients by offering appointments as patients are put off by not being able to make that initial first step
