I'd like to see the surgery use Ask My GP whereby you have time to put over to the GP which way you're feeling instead of feeling pressured to get it all out in 10 minutes, and sometimes you just don't want to talk, but are able to put it down in text without feeling embarrassed. Sometimes you just want to make an appointment to see someone and not fear that the GP is going to ring you back when you're in work, or in a shop, or on a bus

Make the surgery more accessible to patients by offering appointments as patients are put off by not being able to make that initial first step

I think it’s wrong that someone with a long term condition cannot make an advanced appointment. You shouldn’t feel extra stress trying to see a doctor. Someone might have to take a day off work to try and get an appointment and then is not guaranteed. For mother’s/parents doing the school run it is also difficult not being able to plan ahead, therefore putting your health on the back burner.

This surgery is absolutely awful to get an appointment. Not helpful at all and always told to call back. I am a person in my 80's and would not recommend for anyone to go there.
