It is really difficult to get an appointment at this surgery. You have to sit in a telephone queue for anything from 20-40 minutes to get through to speak to somebody who will ask you what the problem is (if you are lucky and there are any appointments left) and will then decide whether you need to have an appointment or somebody will phone you back to discuss your need for an appointment and whether they can issue you with any medication or give you advice. Dreadful service. The same for trying to pre-book an appointment within the following few weeks, they only have so many pre-bookable appointments allocated (obviously not enough) and they go very quickly. I work so I cannot take 30 minutes each day for several morning trying to get through to make an appointment. You are not allowed to attend the surgery and make an appointment face to face only over the telephone. It should be on the day for emergency appointments but we should go back to the old system of booking appointments in advance. The NHS is going backwards.
