What can I say? I am new to the area and tried to register with this surgery on line. Unfortunately they don’t’ accept registrations in this way which meant that there was a delay in me being able to register and get my repeat prescription. From the time I was registered with the Practice they did everything they could to get the medication summary from my previous surgery. I have moved from England and we have electronic prescriptions there but not here in Wales and my old surgery, Sandhurst Group Practice, could not grasp that. After spending many hours on the phone I had to give up trying to get the information from my old practice. Eira was a lifesaver and arranged an appointment for me at the surgery with Alan who was so helpful and courteous so that I could take my medication in to show them what I needed and get a repeat prescription before I ran out. She and Alan were utterly brilliant and a real credit to the practice. Thank you so much to everyone for helping me resolve this ridiculous issue without any assistance whatsoever from my old practice.

Suggested improvements
To find out I was number 44 in the queue at 8.30 am was galling but thankfully that made no difference to my outcome.
