Only lived Llanelli for 16 months seen doctor once in sep 21 he was great very helpful ,the problem with this surgery Receptionists aggressive,No empathy, dismissive .I had major op was trying to speak GP the receptionist refused a call back talking over me whilst I tried to explain, I only got attention when I raised voice asked her name ! Also have tried constantly toget through at 8,30am often number 18! In queue then no appointment no call back ,went into surgery after finding out hospital had a large mass ,I was in tears begging to see someone receptionist cold said NO! Phone in morning explained had been trying ,not interested told me go A&E ,they need retraining I’ve never been spoken to like this before .they seem to run place not Doctors

Suggested improvements
Receptionists need training in empathy !! If you have on going illness you should be able to see doctor or at least speak to one
