The new appointment system introduced was excellent. I recieved a telephone call from the Doctor and discussed my problem. This lead to an immediate appointment, with no waiting in a crowded waiting room and often having to wait over the alloted time. As always I received the most professional service both from the doctor and the reception staff. Having dealt with other surgeries and heard others comments about their doctors I know this practice has to be one of the best.
