I spoke to a receptionist who took information re my problem. She arranged for my preferred doctor to phone me which she did. After a brief discussion my doctor asked me to go to see here. I was very satisfied with my face to face meeting. All in all I found everything quick and efficient - the slowest part was waiting for the call to go through in the first place and that was down to the number of callers rather than the surgery.
