The reception staff are excellent - very professional and yet also caring and understanding. The doctors, and also the Advanced Nurse Practitioner, are also first rate. They are very keen to listen and help. The service is excellent and I know I am lucky to have such a fantastic team locally. I would happily see any of the doctors although I am very attached to Dr Dugas and she is excellent - very proactive and understanding. The triage system seems to be working well and I do understand why it is needed. It presents some practical difficulties as if you are unsure when you may be called in to see the doctor, particularly if you take the call at work. Overall... fantastic!
