Superb response to a telephone request for a GP appointment. Telephone was answered promptly. A return triage call from the GP was made within 15 minutes and a face-to-face appointment was made for only 40 minutes later.
The receptionist was pleasant and efficient.
Unbeatable service. Long may it continue.
