I have always found the service provided to me as a patient to be as good as it can be under the current circumstances of overall health care.
Doctor was ready to listen and very professional in his assessment. Ih told me what he was doing (going forward) in a clear and understanding way. Never had a problem getting an appointment and the reception staff are very good at their job.
Doctor did not want to see me in person diagnosed over the phone said they didn't want to look at me then sent a message asking for photos sent a prescription out which I can't get any pharmacy to complete as item seems unavailable everywhere so I will now have to start the whole process of trying to speak to a doctor again to rectify this situation. I have waited til I'm in holiday from work as the system of waiting for a call back which can be whenever throughout the whole is not viable when you can't have your phone on you at work. I can't be the only person who isn't allowed their phone on them at work there has to be a better way to do things
