Atrocious service, near impossible to get through on phone and unwillingness to provide any assistance unless you basically demand it. Standard response is "if it's urgent go to A&E"
Absolutely useless..every receptionist tells you something different..constant errors with prescriptions..cant get through on the phone..everything is a problem.constant hoops to jump through..no wonder A&E departments are overwhelmed
Dreadful surgery, impossible to get through on the phone. Operative most unhelpful, offers one only appointment time, if you can’t make it too bad. Cannot book appointment with doctor until 28 days away - again only one appointment time offered. Doctors are great ONCE you get to see them but telephonists and receptionists are unhelpful and uncaring.
I went to see a doctor today suffering from depression and feeling ill all the time ,I am not a mardy person and have put up with a lot in my lifetime ,I have been feeling ill for months but she just sat there with no compassion at all and I felt worse when I left the surgery ,it takes a lot for me to phone for an appointment as I just do not seem to get the care I used to get and I always feel let down ,I have been with the surgery for years but today was the last straw, I thought doctors should be caring not making you feel as if you are wasting their time ,I will be looking for another practice
This practice is shocking to get appointments, have rang 123 times since 8.30 , bet I get through and the responist will say sorry you have to ring back at 8.30 in the morning !!!and when u do get through she always asks what is it for and when you say it's personal don't want to say she then refuses to give u an appointment , as if it's anything to do with her !!!
Not pelase one bit ! Get more staff !!!!
