That place is a hot mess! I know that GPs surgeries are under pressure but try using some common sense people - I spent over an hour on the phone today trying to get them - first time i finally got to the end of the queue i was cut off, second time i was told they'd reached capacity and to phone back tomorrow - they have a standard phone message for that that they didn't use, instead of wasting people's time and making them think they'd have a chance to actually speak to a doctor!!
